Animals in the Clinic

The Equality Act 2010 which is enforced in England, Wales and Scotland, ensures service dogs can visit public businesses.

Although we need to ban all animals from the B12 Aesthetic Ltd due to hygiene reasons, we do welcome service dogs. However, we must be notified upon appointment bookings, as we need to leave ample time to deep clean our facility post treatment of the presence of the service animal. The last appointment time of the day, if possible, would be greatly beneficial to our business.

Children in the Clinic

We are extremely children friendly at B12 Aesthetics Ltd, however, some of our treatments may not be for young children’s eyes. We also need to keep the room calm to allow staff to concentrate on the treatment being provided. We therefore ask that children wait in our waiting area, if under the age of self-supervision, please bring a chaperone with you.

Food and Drink

Food and drink are permitted in our waiting area however, our treatment room needs to be hygienic, therefore, food and drink are not permitted in our treatment room. Please ensure that any food and drink products remain safely stored within a bag as you enter the room.
